EquipmentHub


The EquipmentHub App is the control center of the EquipmentCloud® and guides you through the entire equipment life cycle. This app provides a summary of all relevant data and graphs of the individual apps. You access important information, key figures or reports in just a few clicks. The integrated master data provides a structured overview of each individual equipment. An overview of equipment types is just as easy as the overall overview according to a hierarchy. Making relevant data available at the right time and in the right place for the right person is the great art. You know the trouble to generate and filter the information in the shortest possible time. With the EquipmentHub App, that is no longer a problem. Take action faster because you always have an overview.

 

eDocs


A large number of documents are collected and have to be stored in the life cycle of an equipment. Backing up and retrieving documents over a long period is time-consuming and costly. With eDocs, you do not have to worry about that anymore. Simply assign the required documents to the equipment, -type or -hierarchy. eDocs dynamically manages the documents for you in the EquipmentCloud®. The file explorer is the heart of the app in which you can manage the documents in your desired directory structure as usual. The integrated rights management allows you to present documents only to the specified users or user groups. This allows you to provide customers and suppliers with different documents without searching for them. All documents managed by eDocs are accessible from and to all other apps in the EquipmentCloud®

 

RampUp Support


The RampUp App supports you sustainably during the acceptance process of your production equipment. Now administrative expenses and endless paper documentations are not necessary anymore . Easily create and manage all documents, workflows, instructions, checklists, and packlists for the complete approval process and access the data from anywhere. Thereby you can significantly reduce the potential for errors against hand-written documentation and you will have all the important acceptance steps clearly and centrally available.

 

OpenIssues


Issues with an equipment can occur. Now it is important to fix these issues very quickly. The OpenIssues App supports you in communicating the issues and providing the necessary information. With the app, you cannot only add open issues to an equipment, -type, -group, but also attach documents and easily enter a wide range of information. Integrate OpenIssues into your workflow, define the priority, due date, degree of completion and type of the open issue. Track the activities at the open issues and automatically send e-mail notifications to the people responsible. OpenIssues provides a great dashboard presenting a variety of statistical reports visually and attractively. The integrated Issue Calendar reminds you graphically of the due date of the open issues. The App gives you an overview of KPIs and RAM values for selectable periods including standby and alarm phases. An advanced alarm analytics helps equipment suppliers by increasing the equipment efficiency by finding the root cause of downtimes. With the comparison of equipment data from all connected equipment you are able to transfer the knowledge and improvements to all your equipment.
